Many believe that listing your auction for 10 days gets you the best exposure for your auction and this is correct, 10 day listings on ebay work good and get exposure and they seem to workout well for some.
Let's say that you sell information products and plan to sell your ebooks on ebay, I have seen tons of folks list their auction at 11 pm on Saturday night so their auctions would be one of of the first ones viewed Sunday morning and they seem to sell lots because their items are listed first and Sundays are when folks might be home and can browse through ebay.

Sell your stuff on ebay by maybe listing your auction at Friday night at 11 pm and then folks on Saturday can view your auctions as their are listed among the first ones that can be viewed.
There is a popular belief that having auctions end on Tuesday and Thursday will end up selling more than other days, Fridays is not a great time to end an auction because folks are coming home from work and want to relax on Friday night. Monday is such a busy work day and many are just starting their week so they won't pay as much attention to ebay.
If you have a product that you are so sure that it will sell high and fast then list your auction for 1 day, I have done this before and was able to sell my computer software fast and effectively!
Choose what works for you, experiment with the advice that has been given here and see your ebay profits grow and get more sales!
